Shipping policy

Tioga currently provides free shipping on all products through a basic parcel service, such as UPS Ground, throughout the continental United States.    Tioga reserves the right to select the shipping carrier.  Expedited shipping services, if available, and shipping outside of the continental United States will be charged at cost.    Tioga does not impose handling fees or surcharges.   Pretty simple!
