Tioga Product Lifetime Guarantee

All Tioga products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in materials, assembly, and workmanship.  The guarantee is provided for expected lifetime of the product, whether or not you are the original owner of the item.  In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Tioga will at its discretion replace or repair the item or provide a refund.

The guarantee neither applies in circumstances where the item has been altered from its original construction, nor due to damage from an improper use, accident, or neglect.  The guarantee does not apply to customary wear and tear, nor to the normal breakdown in materials and colors expected with extended use. 

Tioga's product guarantee covers Tioga branded products but does not extend to items stored or carried in our products.
